After receiving an order on our website, the purchased pieces are carefully sewn up and finished to perfection, before they are carefully wrapped up and posted out to our customers. Not only does this mean we can align our business with our zero waste values, but we believe it promotes the slow fashion movement, which emphasises the 'buy less, buy better' ideal.
While MODEL CTIZN do accept returns on all of our products (with the exception of our face masks for hygiene reasons), we kindly encourage our customers to take the necessary steps to minimise the potential for this. However, should our customers find themselves in the unfortunate situation where they have received their order and find it unsuitable for any reason, we kindly invite you to contact our customer care email address.
Here, we will be able to assist you further with your request and provide the appropriate advise and assistance in organising your return. Please do kindly note however, that MODEL CTIZN do not yet at this moment provide 'paid for' returns.
Once received, our returns are subjected to a heavy inspection to ensure the pieces have not been worn and/or damaged. Should a garment fail these inspections, a refund will not be possible, and the garment in question will be returned to the sender.
Every order, once sewn up, is sent out via first class delivery. This is a signed for, tracked service that applies to each order with the exception of our face masks, which are delivered via a 2nd class service.
